FeetUp! is more than an inversion tool (plus a coupon code)

I’ve had my eyes on the FeetUp Trainer for years. It was one of the first props I noticed when I started posting yoga poses on Instagram. As I made a promise to reignite my passion for yoga throughout 2020, I realized I had only been practicing yoga for my health and appearance in 2018 and eventually in 2019 only to lessen pain from a dramatic Lupus flare. I didn’t practice yoga to have fun anymore. My goals weren’t to try new poses and explore my body. Part of me didn’t want to practice at all.

I started 2020 with fun poses, I went through my old collect of Yoga Journal Magazine and ripped out all the sequence pages. I searched for creative flows on the internet and within a week I was inspired enough to use my YTT to have fun and create fun flows for myself. I eventually picked up my 2100 Asanas book and tried whatever poses happened to be opened on the page.

Then I received my FeetUp Trainer in mid January and my mind started swirling. I had all these tools to create some amazing yoga magic and the results were a wonderful mix between hysterical and astonishing. The whole family jumped in to play, another thing I realized I lost when I started YTT and my quest to be the perfect yogi with picture perfect health.

A few things about the FeetUp Trainer (use code feetup8393 for a discount!):

It is made with vegan leather and recycled padding. The frame is made out of beech wood and it comes with protective rubber feet. For every FeetUp Trainer sold a tree is planted with Trees for the Future. The focus on being ethical and eco-friendly.

The FeetUp Trainer comes in a relatively small box and I was really impressed that they didn’t overuse materials to ship, which furthered their importance and focus on being eco-friendly for me. It took me about ten minutes to put the entire product together and I only used what they supplied (no other tools were needed). The instructions include photos and are very clear and concise. It also come with a fun poster full of different ways to use the FeetUp Trainer!

A guide to the first inversion:

Start slowly. Use your prop against the wall. Find a comfortable grip, relax your neck in the cushion. Start with one foot off the ground at a time.

Once you’re comfortable, you can start to use your imagination and come up with creative ways to use your FeetUp Trainer!

My overall opinion about this tool for yoga: FeetUp Trainer has definitely lived up to my expections. The company has high business morals and a wonderful team! It is easy to put together, makes my shoulders feel great and adds accessibility to postures I can’t always perform. It also opens a wide range of new postures and brings a lot of fun back into the practice! I also find this to be the most fun way to do core work, which is often tedious and boring for me to practice.

Disclaimers: The FeetUp Trainer is an exercise prop that should be practiced with carefully. It is not recommended for children under 12 years old (always supervise your children) or for pets to play on. The maximum weight for health reasons while inverted is 250 pounds. It is not meant to be used by more than one person at a time. The FeetUp Trainer should only be used by those with the physical, mental/sensorial, experience and knowledge to practice safely. Do not use this tool while under the influence of any mind altering substances that impair judgement and motor coordination. Do not lean sideways as it is not built to be safe for side to side weight movement. Using this prop in other ways than described is at the users risk and FeetUp Trainer cannot be held responsible for any consequences of not following the manual. While this is not a paid sponsorship, I was given the FeetUp Trainer to try for free. The FeetUp Trainerin the photos has been refinished to match my home furniture by myself personally and was originally a natural beechwood color.

FeetUp Trainers come in either a dark wood or light wood option with a few different cushion colors! Check them out on their site by clicking here or the photo below (use code feetup8393 for a discount!):

Treat Yo Self to some Love this Valentine’s Day (and a giveaway!)

We live in a world where self-love is radical and unexpected because generations before us were taught to be selfless, devoted and needing of nothing. We are working on changing that because affection and love are essential to life and it all begins with ourselves and our own bodies. Our bodies are why we exist, they keep us functioning through work and enjoyment. With our body we can sing, laugh, play and create. The possibilities of what we can do are endless as long as we use our imagination. So why not take care of your body this year, take it out on a date and show it all the love it deserves! You are your best valentine.

The epitome of self love and self care is easily found in Ajna Wellbeing. I am not only in love with their products but the brand and everyone who makes up this wonderful company. They are committed to creating products that are healthy to use without anything toxic in them, this way we can feel good about using them and enjoy the amazing results of their products. They’re giving away one of their products this month on Instagram through the #crackyourheartsopen Valentine’s Day Challenge!

Ajna Wellbeing offers mindful tools that will help you live a happier, healthier life. I’ll tell you a little about my favorite products for the season of love so you can give yourself a little self-care and skip the hinting or hoping for a valentine.

  1. Ajna Wellbeing offers natural jute yoga mats that are not only healthy for Earth but free from toxic chemicals that most mats are riddled with and can affect our health. This mat is such a joy to use and is comfortable. You can easily use a yoga towel if practicing any hot yoga or extremely sweaty practice. The mat comes with a yoga strap that is super minimalistic and doubles as a strap for practice!
  2. With their mission to bring mindfulness to everyone, they also offer the most velvety meditation cushion. The Ajna Wellbeing Meditation Cushions has a carrying handle sewn in that has lasted over a year of use for me (with two small children who use all of my stuff). It also comes in a velvety bag that I use on the go and to protect my cushion when I can’t use it. The outer cover is machine washable, either way so you never have to worry about a dirty cushion. It’s filled with lavender and buckwheat which helps instill that calmness we seek when we practice our meditations.
  3. Their newest addition is their Yoga Bolster which is filled with recycled foam and boasts being sturdy enough to support your practice yet light enough to bring anywhere with you! It also has a convenient handle sewn in as well. This is the only product of theirs I haven’t tried personally but I have heard so many amazing things about it on Instagram.
  4. The Ajnamat which is hands down the best product I have ever been fortunate enough to get my hands on. Before Ajnamat there was only one health-friendly acupressure on the market and it was priced for only the wealthy class to afford. Ajnamat started their business to make eco-friendly and nontoxic products available to everyone and they’ve done just that with the best acupressure mat on the market. It is built to last and supports health and well-being. I use mine in the morning or when I’m feeling sluggish by standing on it with bare feet. Then I rest my bare back and shoulders on it at night before bed to release any tension and pressure that built up throughout the day. I’m learning to incorporate this mat into my practice by finding ways it will support tension release of muscles (especially in yin yoga). This product is perfect for anyone, you don’t need to be a yogi to enjoy the benefits of acupressure in your home.
  5. The Ajnamat Pillow is the perfect compliment to the Ajnamat and easily multiplies the benefits. Not only are they great to use together but the Ajnamat Pillows small size and puffed up height make it perfect to release the neck and scalp, the back of the legs or target certain areas of the back (like the lower back). It’s also light enough to bring traveling and use on flights or in long car rides. I love both my Eco Light set and Eco Luxe set. My Eco Lite pillow is filled with cotton like a regular pillow while the Eco Luxe pillow I have is filled with buckwheat.
  6. The acupressure sets offered are Eco Luxe and Eco Lite, Eco Lite was created for easier/light travel and slightly less pressure for anyone more sensitive or new to acupressure. They both have the same standards of quality, ensuring eco-friendly materials and a fully health-friendly product.

10 Reasons Cork is Good for Your Yoga Practice

I have tried many products and always come back to cork for yoga. I prefer a cork mat, blocks and anything else I can get my hands on. I love the feel of cork but there are so many more amazing benefits besides it’s durability. Some facts you may have not know…

1. Cork forms antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic compounds that may reduce the risk of heart and degenerative diseases (Furthermore, waste from the cork industry gives rise to composites which are used in vaccine adjuvants to enhance immune system response).

2. It’s durable, unique and environmentally friendly. Plus, cork is a natural material, so it doesn’t off-gas like many other types of materials.IMG_20190403_090855_776

3. Light weight: Due to the fact that more than 50 % of the cell volume of a cork piece consists of air, cork is one of the lightest solid substances, with a specific gravity of .25.

4. A cubic inch of cork can withstand as great a pressure as 14,000 lbs. per square inch without breaking, and retains 90% of its original form after the pressure is released. Less or more normal pressure increase return to original form from 97% to 100%.

5. Because heavy pressure does not break down or destroy the tiny air cells, but compresses the air within the cells, the cork begins to spring back when the pressure is removed. A roll or sheet of composition cork can be compressed in one direction without losing its dimensions in the other direction. This is of great importance for many applications of composition cork.

6. While cork is not completely impervious to moisture penetration, its cellular structure gives it a high resistance to penetration by water which with the addition of the proper binder can be proofed.

7. Cork is a highly frictional material, both in its natural form as well as in cork composition. Even when wet or coated with oil or grease, cork retains this quality which surpasses that of leather, rubber, and many other products used for frictional or non-skid purposes.

8.  Next to a vacuum, a “dead” air space minutely divides one of the most efficient non-conductors of heat. The cell construction of cork provides this property for which cork is so famous.9. Cork, with its 200 million air cells per cubic inch; of which 50% is air, essentially acts as an “air cushion”, absorbing vibrations and direct impacts.

9. Cork is a tough, durable substance with remarkable capacity for retaining its initial properties wherever recommended. The high degree of stability under varying conditions is paramount to the continuing success and use of cork in the world today.

10. 42 Birds makes eco-friendly yoga mats and accessories using cork from Spain and Portugal. The brand is driven by functionality, sustainability and natural beauty. They are looking to create the best performing yoga products that also look good in your home and in your practice. These products should be owned and enjoyed with the knowledge that they both come from and support nature’s eco system.

Can a blanket help sleep, fibromyalgia and anxiety?

I was recently asked by some friends if I thought a weighted blanket would help their children sleep better at night. I jumped into researching it and the concept looks great. With two children who have sleeping issues and struggle with anxiety I couldn’t wait to try this theory out.

The more I looked into it the more I saw all sorts of therapy for different issues. These included fibromyalgia therapy as well as panic attack therapy. Could this blanket really help a variety of issues from pain to anxiety and sleep problems?

I’ve spent the last 4 weeks using the Magic Weighted Blanket for all of these problems and the results surprised me. I picked Magic Weighted Blanket because they’re the original weighted blanket and they have mastered how to make one perfectly for every type of person!

First I immediately started putting the blanket over my sons legs at night and then covering him with a sheet. He went from screaming throughout the night from nightmares to waking and finding a way to feel better without waking everyone else up. He varies depending on how frightened he is but often takes a sleeping bag into someone else’s room and sleeping on the floor.

Once we had that routine down pat, I introduced my daughter in using it before bed. While we are relaxing or reading together I’ll throw it over her lap to help her get sleepy enough for bedtime so that she doesn’t take so long to fall asleep. Many night we also add a children’s meditation and she’ll fall asleep within 10 minutes.

My son also brought me the Magic Weighted Blanket the week I was suffering from extreme pain due to fibromyalgia or lupus. Although it was too difficult for me to sleep with the weighted blanket on, it knocked the pain down from a 9 to a 3 within minutes. I kept the blanket on the painful joints for 20 to 45 minutes and used warm compresses as well and it has been the best treatment for this attack of pain that I have been getting for most of my life.

While the blanket does seem to help each issue, it can only go so far. If their nighttime routine is interrupted or delayed, their bedtime issues are exasperated. If I don’t treat my pain quickly, the weight and heat can only go so far. Despite that, I do think it is an extremely useful tool to have in the house! It can only help as much as it is used and once you’re in the habit of using it you will look back and realize how much it has helped since you started. I believe the longer you use it the larger the benefits will be!

What does acupressure really do?

I’ve recently shared acupressure mats and pillows with family members and they asked me lots of questions about why, how, where. I realized so many people probably have the same questions and would love to learn more about it!

I’ve tried the new Ajna Pillow which I use multiple times in a day for underneath my legs, my lower back, shoulders, neck and head. Basically any time I am sitting or lying down I’m using this mat to heal.

I love all Ajna Wellbeing products, but I adore this pillow for accessibility, price and quality. Check out my review on their full acupressure mat!

What is acupressure?

Acupressure is NOT acupuncture as it requires no needles or anything penetrating the skin. Research is now showing that a lot of our health is affected by fascia, a thin sheath of fibrous tissue enclosing a muscle or other organ. Acupressure is thought to work through putting pressure on these tissues to release toxins, built up pressure and/or inflammation.

Before the realization of fascia, traditional Chinese medical theory describes special acupoints, or acupressure points, that lie along meridians, or channels, in your body. These are the same energy meridians and acupoints as those targeted with acupuncture. It is believed that through these invisible channels flows vital energy — or a life force called qi (ch’i). It is also believed that these 12 major meridians connect specific organs or networks of organs, organizing a system of communication throughout your body. The meridians begin at your fingertips, connect to your brain, and then connect to an organ associated with a certain meridian.

According to this theory, when one of these meridians is blocked or out of balance, illness can occur. Acupressure and acupuncture are among the types of TCM that are thought to help restore balance.

How to use acupressure?

Use it for 20 minutes or until you feel a reduction in pain. If you want to use a neck pillow with an acupressure mat, lie the maton a flat surface. Slowly lower yourself onto the mat and place the pillow under your neck. Adjust your body and the pillow as necessary until you are comfortable. Many people suggest using acupressure mats as soon as you wake up. Doing this will help you in flushing out toxins and other waste materials from your body. Drink at-least 24 ounces of water after being on the mat, which might help your body to release the impurities through out the day. Some other quick tips on how to use acupressure mats on a daily basis.

Where to use acupressure?

You can stand on a mat with bare feet to energize the body and release fatigue.

People also sit on the mats to release any thigh or glute tension or recover after sore muscles. It also brings blood flow to these areas and helps reduce cellulite.

You can lie flat on the mat with a bare back to help any back pain from the shoulders to pelvis. Or lie on your front to release any tension held in your front body.

You can lie on your side with a roll under the mat to reach your side body.

Pressing your hands into the mat can help with dexterity and motor functions.

Rolling the back of your skull slowly from side to side on a mat can reduce migraines and headaches as well as stress.

These mats can be used endlessly, these are just some suggestions! Check out Ajna Wellbeing as I recommend these for their quality and affordability!

How to make your kitchen Eco Friendly

As the hustle and bustle of the school year kicked off, including soccer practice and games and gymnastics for each kid.

I’ve taken the steps, like many other parents to work on making my child’s lunchbox more eco-friendly. This includes reusable sandwich bags, reusable straws, stainless steel cups, wax wraps and unpaper towels.

But take it easy, this didn’t make my preparation harder.. it actually made life so much easier! Everything is washable and I never run out. There is no garbage left around the house or backpacks.

I’ll share with you my two favorite shops for making your kitchen a healthier, happier place.

The Prairie Cloth Company makes tons of products for the home to get rid of single use items like paper towels. She hand makes bags, snack bags, napkins, hand towels and more!

Emily started Prairie Cloth Company in 2015,  five months after her first child (Cora) was born. She’s a nurse turned stay-at-home mom who loves sewing and needed a creative outlet! She started out making cloth diapers and wipes and that quickly evolved into all sorts of eco-friendly items for babies and homes. After her second child (Calvin) was born in 2017, she took a year off of the business and came back this summer refocused on reusable items for the home. Her family uses all the products that they sell and love exposing people to easy ways they can make their lives more earth friendly. Emily has a fabric obsession and is always on the hunt for fun, bright fabrics to bring into people’s homes!

I started using her snack bags in my daughter’s lunchbox and her unpaper towels in my kitchen after the crazy storm of mornings before school. The snack bags are perfect for EVERYTHING from sun butter sandwiches to pretzels and carrots. The kids fill the snack bags up themselves with whatever they can reach and grapes work so well with these! I love that there is no waste and you can easily wash and reuse. Plus the pattern is adorable and my kids love seeing it in their lunchboxes!

The Unpaper Towels are absolute genius, not only are they super soft but they absorb everything.. even smoothie messes! Which we have every morning when rushing and elbows hit everything.

What’s the deal with paper towels?

In the U.S. alone, paper towels yield a $6 billion market.
544,000 trees could be saved each year if each US household used just one less roll of paper towels.
17 trees and 20,000 gallons of water are polluted to make just ONE TON of paper towels.
13 billion pounds (6,500,000 TONS) of paper towels are used each year in the U.S. alone.
It would take 51,000 trees per day to replace the number of paper towels that are tossed each day./td>
120,000 tons of waste could be saved if each American household used three less rolls a year, plus, it would eliminate $4.1 million in landfill dumping fees. One tree has significant value. Just ONE TREE. .

I also fell IN LOVE with SuperBee Wax Wraps and they have seriously changed my life. One of the most frustrating things to me is finding bowls of food in the refrigerator uncovered because there is no lid or someone was too tired to deal with annoying plastic wrap (I hate plastic wrap).

The SuperBee Wax Wraps come in so many sizes and have so many more uses than just covering bowls (though that’s my favorite!). They last TWO years with proper care (gentle cleaning with eco friendly detergent soap, do not put in dishwasher, heat or put in washer).

SuperBee makes eco friendly reusable products from wax wraps, toothbrushes, glass straws, bags and more!

Why avoid Cling Wrap? Here’s what forerecycle.co.uk has to say:

“Cling film – or plastic wrap, as it is known elsewhere in the world – is a thin plastic film which clings to itself or other smooth surfaces, meaning it can handily cover food without the need for any extra devices or fasteners. Cling film can be made from a variety of plastics, however the original and most popular material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Not only is there talk of this plastic being harmful to human health, it is also a single-use product, meaning it is ending up in landfill and in our oceans where it is causing harm to the environment and nature.

What is the threat to human health?

Plastic is made up of chemicals, and there has long been concern surrounding the leaching of these chemicals into the natural environment, and transference of them into our food and drink.”

It is also not recyclable and not easily biodegradable as it leaches chemicals for years and years in the ocean and on land.

If that’s not enough to make you ditch the plastic, the research proves plastic has over 175 cancer causing chemicals.

A little about the brand trying to change all that, SuperBee from their Etsy shop:

“I’m an Australian ex-pat living in Chiang Mai, Thailand with my German husband and two children. I started making the wraps in my kitchen for my own use. My friends and family thought it was a great idea and the demand grew. The name SuperBee was thought of by my son Noah- for it was to be the SuperHero who saves the world from Plastic. My online shop launched in July 2016 and has grown ever since. Now I have employed the girls of the local villages to empower them in their community and to support them and lead a women empowerment network helping those who might not have as much opportunity as others.

My wraps are made with love. They are reusable, sustainable and completely eco-friendly. No bee is harmed in the process of extracting the wax for which I get from a local farmer here in Thailand. I shop the fabrics at a local market so they change regularly. The use of plastic is harming our world as we do not have the space for the landfill. it is harming our oceans and killing our animals. We all need to make our stamp on the world in doing what we can to be conscious of what is happening around us. This is my contribution. I hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoy making them for you in order to make our world a better place. Bee Happy!”

AJNAMAT is the rising star in Acupressure

I’ve fallen in love with a brand. Not just their products, but the company, what they stand for and their customer service.

Ajna Wellbeing is making waves in the healthy living community. Whether you have chronic pain, migraines, fatigue, or just love a boost of energy, skin tightening and mood lifting, Ajna Mat is the new name in acupressure.

“Each mat is crafted using high quality, eco-friendly materials, from the luxurious linen and cotton cover, to the ABS plastic safe spikes, all the way to the antibacterial coconut fibre filling” (Ajnawellbeing.com).

I love the feel and look of this mat. Quality wise, it beats out every other mat I’ve owned, from the cheaper brands of Spoonk to the ever expensive Pranamat.

The AjnaMat next to a Pranamat

The filling makes the world of a difference with Ajnamat, it’s what stands out the most. While my cheap ones and Pranamat alike all have areas that sink (which was my initial complaint as soon as I got the Pranamat and occurred within a month with the cheaper brands), the Ajnamat is stiff and sturdy. It does not collapse or shrink when I apply pressure to it.

The spikes are sharp, but even squirming on it I haven’t harmed myself. As with all acupressure mat, it takes a little getting used to but the benefits are worth it. I’ve gotten acupressure mats for everyone in my family and I recommend it to everyone! It helps with my chronic pain, it stops migraines in their tracks (if I get on it when I get warning signs), it helps me a lot with fatigue and I love the results against cellulite on my thighs!

I stand on my mat for energy, especially midday when I start to feel narcoleptic. It also helps when I’m battling brain fog and struggling with communication, memory, comprehension.

I sit on my mat whenever I’m going to wear shorts, this is totally vain of me but I love how the extra blood flow makes my skin look so young and plump!

I use my mat every single night to release tension in my back and get a good nights sleep.

I use my mat when I have sore muscles from exercise or joint pain from Lupus.

And of course I adore Ajnamat for uses in yoga!

I’m loving how affordable this mat is compared to the expensive brands which cannot boast anything that Ajnamat can. Right now they’re on sale so grab them quickly and save some for Holiday presents for your loved ones! I gave my mother one after she broke her leg in three places and has permanent rods and screws and chronic pain. She stood on it with me and the pain that was dragging her energy down lifted and her face brightened!

Last but not least, Ajna Wellbeing plants a tree for each mat sold and their customer service is unbeatable! It’s truly a company that has a good heart driving it. For me, that always matters and is usually most important.

Keep an eye out next month for when they release their pillow! I know I am!

Cacti by the handfuls

Yes it hurt. But it was totally worth the pain. Of course, when using cacti, please wear protective gloves or something to protect your skin in case of accidents.

My brother bought me a cacti arrangement after the succulent disaster of 2016. I had spent a year endlessly loving 4 large succulents until they grew into massive beasts from my adoration. Then my kids fell into them, completely squashing them into mush. I spent a few months trying to save any of the leaves or plants but was unsuccessful at that time.

Two days later my brother came over with beautiful cacti all snuggled together in a pot. I fell in love. They were amazing, but you have to keep a distance. So easy to care for, put them up high away from kids, it was perfect. They would last forever.

Until we adopted another dog and she literally ate the cacti. Ate them, the dirt, the rocks, everything. While she was fine with no injuries amazingly (and went on to eat many other things the second I turn my back on her to, IDK, care for the children) my luck with plants had clearly gone all wrong.

2 years later, my hunny bought a few cacti plants for me for Mother’s Day. They seem to be doing well and avoiding disasters! But I also had these two cacti in a massive pot and it looked pretty dull.

So despite my history, I reached out to Calcactus and got one of their Starter Pack assortment of 9 plants. When they came, I was absolutely amazed with the packaging of the plants and they all arrived perfectly.

I received so many different shapes and cacti that any arrangement with them would be gorgeous. I grabbed a cement planter from the craft store (on clearance!) And the arrangement came together beautifully.

I used a cacti soil and my bare hands. There’s even a video up on IGTV: SAVESERENITYYOGA IGTV.

It’s been a couple weeks and the cacti look healthy and happy. I’m so happy with my experience with Calcactus that I recommend them to everyone looking to add plants to their home! They sell so many varieties and sizes of cactus that there is something for everyone.

Bolsters make me happy

I have wanted to get my hands on a round bolster for over 2 years! I have an oval one with a flat wide sides and a pranayama skinny ovalish one but it took this many years to get my hands on a large Round Bolster!

Why have I been obsessed with getting a round bolster? They support backbends more than standard bolsters and they can follow the natural curves of the body. I need backbends in my life to bring space and blood flow to areas of my spine with degenerative cartilage.

I like this round bolster from Sol Living because it gives me a nice lift, I like to call it “active restoration” vs. a standard bolster which is full restoration. Although I’m still resting in poses, I can feel the stretch, rather than with pure restorative which sometimes I don’t feel as much but know it’s still working.

The Sol Living round bolster has a removable and washable cover, which I’ve already done and it’s great. My kids smeared gross stuff on it one day (I don’t want to know) and I threw it in the washer and hung it to dry and it came out perfectly!

Also mentionable, Sol Living makes their products with organic cotton and this Bolster is no different. I feel great using it, knowing that while I’m trying to get healthy I’m not inadvertently using toxic products.

The bolsters are super stiff and sturdy, creating a massive amount of support for the body. They can be used in endless ways to support, lengthen, relax or deepen your postures.

Hammocks all around

I have been all about the Yin to this crazy summer Yang. I need the rest and calm and turning inward daily.

So I went for the whole lazy summer days in a hammock idea and ironically so did my mom. Even more ironically, we got the same brand, Sol Living.

Sol Living makes organic cotton hammocks and I fell in love with the crochet design while my mother got the striped Brazilian hammock. I was drawn to Sol Living hammocks because they are beautiful, while being functional. They’re affordable compared to other brands of similar styles and their hammocks are sturdy.

I took mine to the woods while my mother took hers to the shore. I hooked mine up to trees while my mom used a stand she bought from Sol Living. The uses are so diverse that they’re perfect for any lifestyle. My mom keeps hers on her RV while I keep mine in the trunk with straps and hooks.

And they wash so easily. I actually threw mine in the washer machine after a muddy forest day and everything washed off super easily. Because it’s organic cotton I hung it on my yoga hammock hooks and let it air dry. When it got muddy again (only slightly this time) I just wiped it clean with a wet cloth.

I’m a huge fan of Sol Living products, I use their cotton yoga mat and round bolster for my personal practice. Just like those, this mat proves no different in high standard and quality.

They also make yoga hammocks (I should really look into these!) And tons of other awesome stuff! Check their hammocks out here: https://solliving.envelorhome.com/hammocks.html/?p=1
